Nestled at the base of majestic Hahn's Peak in
northern Colorado, Steamboat Lake State Park offers breathtaking
scenery and plenty of excellent recreational opportunities.
One of the most popular areas in the state, Steamboat Lake is
a park for all seasons. Premier fishing, camping and boating
are available along with a full-service marina and swim beach.
Majestic peaks, lush green valleys and colorful alpine wildflowers
make the park picturesque year-round. Winter comes alive at
Steamboat Lake with ice fishing, cross-country skiing and access
to 60 miles of prime snowmobiling trails.

If you are looking for a unique winter camping experience, we
have four electrical campsites available in the Wheeler Loop.
Reservations for the summer season begin February 18th. Reservations
may be made six months to three days before your arrival.

Directions - From Steamboat Springs go west two miles on U.S.
40 to County Road 129. Turn north and drive 26 miles.
